James F. Walker, the Principal of the Law Office of James F. Walker, personally manages the business and client base of the firm. He has extensive experience with Financing for both Lenders and Borrowers, and concentrates his practice in Buyer/Seller/Lender Representation, all aspects of the Real Estate Business from acquisition through closing, Small Business Advising and Representation, Wills and Trusts, and Probate Administration of Estates.
Prior to founding his firm, Attorney Walker was a Partner in two larger law firms and taught Real Estate and Business Law courses. He brings over 30 years of experience to his clients.
Mr. Walker is a member of both the Massachusetts and Florida Bars, and is admitted to practice in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. He earned his B.A. from Fairfield University and was awarded his J.D. from Suffolk Law School. He is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association.
He resides in Needham, Massachusetts with his wife, is an avid car enthusiast, boater and a life-long Cape Codder.
